Best Banana Smoothie Recipes
The best banana smoothies are made simply with a few ingredients. Just throw three or four things into your
blender
and you're good to go. But just for convenience sake, here are a few of our favorite recipes! Below you will find the best banana smoothies we have found yet!
Hawaiian Paradise1 banana 1 cup cubed pineapple 1 &1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed when possible)
Instructions: Toss in Vitamix or other blender and enjoy!
Classic Smoothie1 banana 1 cup fresh or frozen berries 1 & 1/2 cups milk (almond, hemp or soy)

Berry Dairy KissThis one happens to be one of the
best berry smoothies
1-2 cups of your favorite frozen berries 1 banana 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (preferable organic) too! Instructions: Toss in Vitamix or other blender and enjoy! Banana Ginger BlastThis one happens to be one of the most interesting smoothie recipes we have come across. The ginger will warm your bones on a cold day.2 apples 1/2 ripe banana 1 inch fresh ginger splash of orange juice 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice Instructions: Juice apples and ginger. Toss in Vitamix or other blender with banana, lemon and orange juice and enjoy!
Ken's Chocolate FreakFor fellow chocolaholics the best news in the world came when it was reported that chocolate is one of the most perfect foods! Hurray! Trouble is most of the chocolate on the store shelves is mostly sugar. The banana provides enough sweetening for me. (but, you can make it sweeter with maple syrup or agave nector if you wish.) 1 banana 1 one teaspoon powdered baking chocolate or cacao 1 & 1/2 cups of your choice of milks: (almond, soy, coconut, cow's, etc.)
