Easy Fruit Smoothy Recipes for Health

Looking for some easy fruit smoothy recipes that will please your palette and make your cells dance? What could be easier than throwing a bunch of fruit in the blender and flipping the switch? Well, when you have the right ingredients, it really is that simple. Here are some Easy Fruit Smoothies that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

Berry Dazzle

1-2 cups of your favorite frozen berries
1 banana
1 cup of apple juice or orange juice

Blend it up in your Vitamix or other blender. As with all berry smoothies, if you find this a bit tart, add some honey, maple syrup, agave nectar or stevia to taste.


Berry Dairy Kiss

1-2 cups of your favorite frozen berries
1 banana
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (preferable organic)

Blackberry Mango Delight

Toss ingredients into

The color of this smoothie is an indication of it's powerful antioxidant content. The darker the berry, the more antioxidants it contains! Drink up and know you're eradicating those dangerous free-radicals

1 ripe mango (or equivalent frozen cubes-- about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
3/4 cups milk of choice (hemp, almond, soy or organic cows milk)

Blend in Vitamix and until desired consistency is achieved. If it's too tart for your taste, add some pure maple syrup, agave nectar, honey or stevia to taste. vitamix to desired consistency. The sweetness of this smoothy will depend largely on the mango as some are sweeter than others. If it's too tart for your liking, add some honey, maple syrup, agave nectar or stevia to taste.
