The Raw Food movement is spreading like wild fire as people all around the world learn and experience the dramatic health benefits that come from eating a plant based raw food diet. But you don't have to eat 100% raw to "get the glow". By adding even a few

Here are some of our favorite raw food recipes
AVOCADO AND MANGO SALAD
About as simple as it gets, this salad is also wildly sensuous!
1/2 Large Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 large mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 TBSP Lime Juiced
1 TSP Olive Oil
1/2 TBSP Freshh Cilantro
1/2 TBSP Black Sesame Seeds
two handfuls of baby spinach
Toss together. Place on top of bunch of baby spinach if desired. Serve and savor!
SWEET & SMOOTH CARROT SOUP
2 cups carrot juice (homemade or store bought)
1/2 large avocado
1/2 peeled cucumber
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/4 seeded jalapeno pepper
Pinch of Himalayan of Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
Instructions:Pour carrot juice into high powered blender. Add avocado, cucumber, pepper, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, cilantro and juice from the lime. Blend until smooth. Add salt and more lime juice if desired. Enjoy!
